Who will I be working with?
Based on your business, unique challenges and personality, we’ll find the coach that is the best fit for you.
How does the training work?
You and your coach meet every other week in-person, or by video conference. You can’t stop working while you work with us, so this allows time for changes to happen in a systematic way.
How much does it cost?
“There is no money in construction.” “We already have zero profit margins.” We understand everyone’s situation is different so we offer three programs at three price levels, based on the needs of each business. Our clients quickly realize that our monthly fee pales in comparison to the growth of their business and value of creating teams and systems so your business can run itself.
How long is the program?
Our contract is month to month, but this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It typically takes a year to start seeing the payoff. We have many clients that have been with us for 5 or more years. They continue to grow as individuals as their business grows. With each new level, comes new problems that require a new set of strategies.
Will you work with any client?
No. In fact, we fire clients if they don’t produce results. Some owners are not ready to make the changes necessary for success. We have no interest in wasting peoples money and our time.
What exactly does the program cover?
Everything you need to know to run a successful company. We don’t just “wing” our training sessions or ask what you want to talk about each meeting. This is a step-by-step program that is broken down into easy to digest, and easy to implement steps. The first thing we do is help you develop the mindset that successful business owners have. Then we give you a set of systems that a team can run, so that the business can operate without you, the owner.

Step 1: 30 Min Call (FREE)

Discuss your business issues and get expert feedback to address your problems.
If your business is a good fit we will invite you to proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Strategy Session Call (FREE)
We will develop a specific action plan for your business.
We will create business strategies to address your problems.
We will develop a financial model of what your business will look like if you apply these strategies.
Step 3: Coaching Program (PAID)
You will meet with your coach one-on-one, in person or by video conference.
Sessions are 1 hr, every week during the planning phase.
Sessions are 1 hr, every other week during the execution phase.
